Canberra CIT Fashion students: Designing for Sports/Streetswear


Canberra City, a created place to house the mechanical drones that run our country. These drone travel from one place to another like a harmonic routine, constantly conditioned to never look beyond what they see.


One day a girl wakes from this coma with a mission set clearly in her mind..."there has to be more?” She searches Canberra like a creative nomad with the hope to find its hidden excitement and secrets.

Artist Collaboration - Inspiration Board


Inspired by the collaborations that often occur between sportswear and street wear designers, as well as to have a connection to the streets of Canberra, we have decided to collaborate with a Canberra street wear artist. Above is the inspiration board we presented at Prelim presentation showing examples of the style of each artist. The three artists we are considering include Fergus (top left), Abyss .607. (bottom) and Adam Kinninmont (top right).
